Educational Qualifications

Professor Dr Shereen M. Elbanna received her B.sc. degree in Zoology from Suez Canal University (1994), Egypt. She obtained her M.Sc. degree 2001 in Chemical ecology of insect venom, Suez Canal University, Ismailia, Egypt. She had phD 2004 in Chemical ecology of insect plant interaction in Sinai, at Suez Canal University, Egypt. Professor Shereen worked as a Demonstrator at Department of Zoology, Suez Canal University 1994-1999. Assistant Lecturer at Department of Zoology, Suez Canal University 1999-2001.PhD researcher Funded by the Egyptian Government, 2001-2003. She worked as Lecturer at Department of Zoology, Suez Canal University 2004-2009. Joined as a Consultant for UNDP in 2005- 2007. She obtained a promotion as an Associate professorat Department of Zoology, Suez Canal University, Egyp 2009-2014. She had worked as Manager of Toxinology unit (Faculty of Science, Suez Canal University) 2014-2017. She also got a professor job at Department of Zoology, Suez Canal University, Egyp 2014 tell now. She also worked as a Head of Zoology Department, Faculty of Science 2018-2020. She obtained a job as Vice dean of postgraduates and research affairs at Faculty of Science, Suez Canal University, Egypt 2020-2023
