The Faculty of Science has been giving exceptional attention to applied scientific research which serves the area of the Suez Canal and Sinai, in accordance with the faculty mission and vision. The faculty has been publishing various scientific research of all departments in numerous global scientific magazines.
As a consequence, the faculty became one of the most popular faculties of the Suez Canal University for publishing scientific research and became one the top of Egyptian universities and occupied an advanced position among African universities. All of these efforts are a result of a flawless research plan the faculty prepared. This plan is updated every five years.
Thus, we updated it to cover the period of 2015-2020 and we have put into consideration the importance of scientific research in solving most of the environmental and service problems. Furthermore, our plan contributes to the development of industrial, agricultural, and animal production, the planning of new cities, and exploring the natural resources of the Canal and Sinai regions.
